RV042 web access problem

Hello,

last time i have problem with RV042 fw 1.3.12.6, very frequently i cannot connect to router via web access

we have two routers in diferrent company and both have same problem

Please have some new firmware?

All SW/FW for the Small Business Products transitioned to CCO.

There the latests is:

Release Date: 16/Jun/2008

RV042 firmware 1.3.12.6-tm

Size: 5309.21 KB (5436621 bytes)

The TM is the (Trend Micro protect Link GW activiation Capability).

When you cannot connect remotely, are you able to ping the router's WAN IP?

Is the problem with the Web GUI launching only and if so, it it happening locally as well?

Are you using HTTP or HTTPS (which port if HTTPS)?

Hello Steve !

i trying this firmware, both routers have same symptom, after some time 7days-14days i cannot connect to web UI, i trying change port to 8080, HTTPS

same problem

Only one way how i can connect, restart router. After this i can use UI, i can ping router, router - routing :-)

Call S-TAC. Authorize an RMA. We dont have this problem with that model generically. Could be something else in the network as well.
