Does the Cisco 1121 AG Access Point support WPA2?
I cannot find any clear information.
I was wondering if maybe the latest IOS supports it?

Just to clarify, do you mean the 1121G? Or maybe the 1131AG? There is no 1121AG :)
I believe that both of these support WPA2. Anything with a G radio has the hardware to support AES encryption. Upgrading your IOS will give you WPA2 support.

Any g radio chipset supported AES encryption and thus would support WPA2. Bear in mind that if you are using lightweight controller based architecture that the 1120 series APs are EOL/EOS and will not be supported by future versions of code.

when you run the command
"authentication key-management ..." only wpa is a valid option. on my 1130AGs and 1242s wpa version 2 is there
perhaps it does not support? i keep reading conflicting information.

Are you controller based or autonomous? If autonomous make sure you have the latest code on the AP.
