Hi. I've got a 2811 CCME system, running a PRI with 8 channels.

every so often someone will GPICKUP an incoming call from outside, and the caller will be very very quiet. so much so that you can't make out what they're saying, but they can hear you.

If you transfer this call to another handset, they're fine. Actually thinging about this that rules out a quiet channel...

Anyway this happens randomly. I've replaced phone handsets, base stations and all cables, still no change.

Any ideas what could be the problem?
