Delete SIP image on 7912--- sip image lock

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to delete the SIP image on 7912. Tried to reset the phone to the factory default, but it does not work. Pointed the phone to download a new image,but still does not work.

The main goal is to have the phone works with H323.

Any ideas?

Try to do the manual procedure:

Disconnect the phone.

Manually delete the phone from the CCM

Manually add new phones with the right protocol

Connect the phone back, reset the phone.

Are you using the binary config generator in the correct way ? You might need to bump the version number field in order to convince the phone to load the new image.
