Help Desk CUCM User administration

Hello -

To avoid recreating the wheel - - - I would like to know if anyone out there has generic documentation that they can share on how to perform CM end point adds, changes, deletions and user administration? I need to produce these documents so our Help Desk staff can assume responsability of these tasks.

I was hopeful that I would find a cheat sheet rather than a 500 page manual. I went ahead and receated the wheel. Should anyone else require this sort of information... Here is a generic user admin doc.

I tried to show you how to fish instead of giving you a fish. I believe as an CUCM admin, you need to have this document handy. It shows the step by step config of almost everything about CUCM.
