Outbound Campaign Delay- hearing Silence and Music

IPCC Ent 6X with IPIVR 4X. Got an outbound campaign setup to dial out and play canned messages and seems to be working. The only issue I cant figure out is that when the call connects, there is a long silence and short music before the script plays in IPIVR. Is there a delay timer that can be tweaked to eliminate this?

The music is likely coming from the hold audio source on the Dialer ports. In Call Mangager, set the hold audio source for the dialer ports to silence.

Often long transfer times are related to answering machine detection. You can look up recommended answering machine detection settings in the latest outbound user guides.
