We have 2 callmanger clusters that has a trunk connection. one of the callmanagers has been upgraded to version 6.1

before the upgrade we could see the directory of both clusters. now on callmanager 4 when we press the directory for the other cluster (now ver 6.1)

we get a tomcat 5.5.17 error.

We edited the xml file to point to a jsp file as opposed to asp.

We are using 7940 phones.

any ideas?

Sounds like your URL is not correct. Can you post the URL for 6.1 directory?

Are you using host name or IP address in the URL?

Can you open the URL in a web browser and does it still give you an error? If so, what is the exact error message?
