Unity Express and Hunt Groups

Hello all,


I've got a number of hunt groups and I want a call to ring around them and then go to a single users mailbox.


I've done this by putting the single users phone into a separate line group and have it called after the main number, it then runs to the users voicemail on Unity Express.


This works fine internally, but when calls come in externally, I get the generic "Welcome to Cisco Unity...." message.


There are 6 different groups of users who all want the same thing.

All fixed.


I set up the hunt pilot to call the Unity Express pilot if there was no answer or it was busy.


I then set the hunt pilot number to be the E.164 number for the user who's mailbox I wanted the calls to go to.


Bish bash bosh.
