I am trying to use BAT to associate the end users with their phones, Phones are already BAT'd in and users are LDAP synched. SO I created a update users csv from the bat template and have the user ID, primary extension, and controlled device 1 field filled in.
when I run the job, I get this error for all users.
jfulgham WARNING : Controlled Device : 0021A02E793B does not exist. If all other values in the CSV are correct, then user will be inserted without this association.
So what is wierd is that the primary extension sets OK, but their is no controlled device on the user.

Maybe I was wrong. "Controlled Device : 0021A02E793B". Shouldn't the device begins with "SEP"?

Good catch - that was the problem, thanks!
So is it best practice to go ahead and add the SEP to the mac/device name in BAT when building the initial insert file? We use a barcode scanner but I can use a simple find/replace to add SEP to the MAC, just let me know your thoughts.
I am still trying to develop my own best practice when doing installs.
