CUCM Transferring problem

Hi All,

we are using CUCM 7.0. we have problem with Transferring the call but not always. when someone is on the active call in IP phone, and call is being transferred to him, the active call automatically put on hold and incoming trasferred call being active. This problem doesn't happen alway and it's scatter.

any suggestion would be appreciated.
