What is the optimal method or mode to run these with CatOS
Sup High-available
MSFC high-available
MSFC single-router-mode
or
Sup High-avalable
MSFC NSF with SSO

With CatOS your only option would be to use High availability on the the supervisor and MSFC. Have you considered converting these supervisors to native IOS? With native IOS you would be able to use SSO.
