I want to know what AD permssion are needed to be able to sync with LDAP for authentication. In the past I would create a domain administrator but the client is asking that I not us a domain admin.

CCM 5+ all just require a standard user account to read AD. AD by default allows all the required attributes to be read.
So just a member of 'Domain Users'.

Error while Connection to ldap://ipaddress:389/NAUCMservice
I am able to connect for directory synch using the same account, password and server.
