Is it possible to transport 2 vlans over T1? we have 3 remote offices all connected via T1 on 2801 routers. We are implementing VOIP. We would like to have data(which is already in place) and voice vlan to traverse the T1. I have read about l2tpv3_- is that the only(recommended way) We dont have ios to support that and we cannot get it.
Not sure why you would like to use layer 2 tunnel to transport both data and voip traffic between sites. L2tpv3 is generally implemented in carriers' network.
You can just use layer 3 to transfer both data and voip traffic with QoS enabled.
