Route Web traffic to DSL using a ASA

I have installed an ASA 5505 to do 2 things:

1. Create a site to site VPN

2. Route web traffic over the DSL connected to it. The inside connect to a nework and a WAN.

How do I configure routing so

1. Web traffic oges to the DSL

2. If DSL fails web traffic goes to WAN
