Cisco call manager 6.1 - Problem with LDAP is stopping users being able to log into CCM admin. Administrator account works fine but AD users get error as per title...

Reset password already for LDAP directory and administration in GUI. Havent tried the CLI password change but didnt think there was much point because the ccmadministrator account is logging in fine..

Please help!!

Please try to log into CCMUser page and collect "Tomcat Security Logs".

Usually, this kind of problem was because CUCM not able to authenticate with LDAP.
