certification ID - invalid email address

It's been sometime since I accessed the certification tracking system.

As a result, my email is invalid as it's an old work account.

Is there a way of having my Cisco Certification ID set up to a new webmail address?


I have this problem too.

To keep your personal contact information up to date:

• Login to the Tracking System at www.cisco.com/go/certifications/login

• Click the "Update Personal Info" button on the left navigation bar

• You may update your company information, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number

• Once you have updated your personal information, click on the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page.

You can speak to a Customer Support Representative, Monday through Friday, at 1 (800) 553-6387 (US/Canada).

I cannot remember what my ID is and it seems I can only have it sent to an old email which I do not have access to!
