I am looking for some assistance with a CRM 4.0 Call Connector installation I am trying to complete for a customer. We are attempting to integrate with a CUCM 7.0 server. I am having two issues.

1) Several of the PC's we have installed the TSP on do not show the associated Cisco DN's an option for lines in the Windows dialer. We installed the TSP, Rebooted, configured the Modem settings, & verified the users are in the CTI enabled group in CUCM.

2) On the PC's that are working, I cannot get the "Dial" button to show up from within a CRM account. I have installed the CRM connector on the server, followed the instructions for ISV integrations, and rebooted the server. Everything except the CRM "Dial" button is working from the client side.

Any suggestions or help for things to look for, common errors or issues with the TSP installation, or reasons why the click to dial won't show up are appreciated.
