Hi Vaishali,
On 2950 platform the switch model decides whether it's an SI switch or EI switch.
You can't upgrade from SI switch to EI switch.
Here's what the Q&A states -
Q. What is the difference between the Cisco Standard Image software and Cisco Enhanced Image software?
A. These two software image versions support different degrees of capability. The version of software depends solely on the model of switch selected, with no upgrade capabilities.

If you can let us know the switch model number or paste show version out put we can find which switch you have.

Hi Leo,
The file name looks fine apart from the fact that in the end it should be .tar instead of .bin if you are searching for this IOS in the download area. For some strange reason Feature Navigator is not able to search for this IOS.
Vaishali, as pointed out by Laurent (+5 pts), this feature is supported on the switches with Enhanced Image. Based on the list provided by Laurent you can figure out if the switch you have is SI or EI switch.
Unfortunately 2950 SI switches can not be upgraded to EI switches. So if you have one of the SI switches then you won't be able to have MAC ACLs supported on it.

Hi Vaishali,
"I just want to know if right now my c2950 is having standard image is it possible to change it to enhanced image"
Do a "sh version" and look at below:
cisco WS-C2950SX-24 (RC32300) processor (revision L0) with 19912K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID XXXXXXXXXXX
Last reset from system-reset
Running Standard Image <<<<<<<<<<<<
24 FastEthernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)
2 Gigabit Ethernet/IEEE 802.3 interface(s)
Standard Image or Enhanced Image is based on your appliance.
