We have:
cisco 7206VXR (NPE300) processor (revision D) with 229376K/65536K bytes of memory
IOS: c7200-is-mz.123-6b
Configuration:
Slot 0: C7200-I/O-2FE/E
Slot 1: PA-2FEISL-TX
Slot 2: PA-2FEISL-TX
Slot 3: PA-FE-TX
Slot 4: PA-FE-TX
Slot 6: PA-E3
Interfaces up/used: 0/0, 0/1, 1/0, 1/1, 2/0 and 6/0.
interfaces shutdown: 2/1, 3/0 and 4/0.
We are aware of a condition which has been here for a while without malloc errors:
PCI bus mb0_mb1 has 900 bandwidth points
PCI bus mb2 has 590 bandwidth points

If you have maintenance, you might consider using a (much) later (or latest) version of 12.3.
