Error on CM6BE Real Time Monitor

Hi,

A customer has reported that the Real Time Monitor is reportings

"hwStringMatch - HP Storage Manager Agent: Commands are not responding: controller 1 "

I have searched Cisco and Google on this but am unsure what it means, any ideas

that probably is a HW error from a HDD or from the actual array controller. i'd recommend you to open a TAC case so they can gather some show commands outputs and get in touch with HP if necessary
