I am having trouble adding the CE500 to Cisco works, I have configure all the parameters and still can not see them sucesfully. any help will be appreciates.
If by CE 500 you mean Catalyst Express 500, then this device is not supported by CiscoWorks. These devices are designed to be Cisco Configuration Assistant.
