Hi,
I installed CUMA7 and configured as per documenation but I got the below error when I access 'End Users > User Activation/Deactivation'
'Internal server error. Please check the Cisco Admin Server logs or contact Cisco Customer Support'
CUMA error show 'Couldn't search adapter ldap_server:Got an exception null'
Looks CUMA cannot communication to my LDAP server properly and need assitance how to troubleshooting. AD and Exchange server are work well with other components (CUCM and Unity).
Advise please,

Can you post your CUMA logs?
All those in the CUMA directory...

It was my LDAP search space issue. the administrator was not read privileged against the search space and works okay since apply read only.
