Hey All,
we have an issue, when an agent finishes up with a call the wrapup will pop up behind what ever application is open.
Is there anyway to force the popup to always be on top?
the version we have is
CTI Toolkit Agent Desktop 7.1.85
Has anyone had similar issues?

You could try the server-side registry setting BringToFrontOnCall (1) and see how that affects things. Maybe not quite what you want, as it brings CTIOS to the top, but the side-effect may be in your favour.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Cisco Systems, Inc.\CTIOS\

Hey Geoff thank you for your reply.
Is this possible to do on from an agent opposed to server side setting? i.e is there a setting in the reg on the client machine?

Not that I can see in the manual. CTIOS has always been controlled by the registry on the servers. One gets used to it.
