I have a customize script,
for example:Thank for calling our company
please dial extension number;
press 1 for sales department;
press 2 for customers service department;
press 0 for operator
press "1ã2ã0" is normal,
but I can't direct dial extension number

What number do you press in order to route the call to an extension?
If you press 3 to dial extension and your extension starts with 3, e.g. 3xxx,
make sure you append the digit "3" to the number you get from "Get Digit String" step before call redirect.

Also try debug in the VG to see what number the CUE is trying to call. Make sure you have the dial-peer to route the call.
