Problems with End of Live/End of Sale report

Hi everybody,


when I try to launch an End of Live/End of Sale report from LMS 3.1 for Windows, it always fails. The error message is as follows:


Unable to get data from Cisco.com. Check Cisco.com connectivity. Try again later


We are sure that the CCO credentials an the proxy are well-configured, what can be happening?

Hi,


in the logfile the proxy has the IP 127.0.0.1

Is the LMS-server the proxy, too?
