Computer running CTIOS freezes and agent receives call

I have an agent running CTIOS 7.5. This agent's PC locked up while the agent was logged in and in the ready state. I'm assuming that the locked up PC was due to a windows error. During the time of the lockup and during rebooting her computer the agent received call center calls at her desk.

Understanding that the last state the CTI servers saw was the agent in the ready state. How long will it take for the CTI server to detect that the agent is no longer available?

Are their any bugs related to this?
