I have a 2811 MGCP gateway w/SRST at a remote site with a couple of issues during SRST fallback. All calls come in on a local PRI and I recieve 4 digits from the LEC
1) two DIDs for phones at the site utilize translation patterns on CUCM to route to their internal extensions and work fine during normal operation
DID 3041 TP to ext.2341
DID 3042 TP to ext.2342
During SRST fallback what is the best way to route these DIDs to the phones? Would it simply be translation patterns such as this:
voice translation-rule 3041
rule 1 /3041/ /2341/
voice translation-profile 3041
translate calling 3041
translation-profile incoming 3041
2)an additional three DIDs also use translation patterns on CUCM to route across the WAN to our Contact Center (3rd party) server such as this:
DID 2333 TP 2300
DID 3533 TP 2300
DID 2173 TP 2300
when these DIDs hit my SRST router i want to hairpin them back out the PSTN (WAN is down) and dial the full 10 digit number to get to the Contact Center server. I already have a outbound dial peer for SRST so users can still 4 digit dial to other locations which works fine
