How I can monitoring a vlan traffic on a Catalyst 3560?

It depends what you are looking for.
If you want to monitor the amount of traffic entering and leaving the interface, as well as the integrity of the data and whether any errors exist, you can do a "show interface vlan x".
If you want to monitor the actual traffic flows, you may want to connect a sniffer to the switch.

I have to monitor the traffic flows, because I have using MRTG to do this. However I never see any traffic. When I try to see the traffic on my vlan, the vlan shows:
sh int vlan 300
5 minute input rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec
5 minute output rate 0 bits/sec, 0 packets/sec
