I have some problem after i upgrade Call Manager to 6.1.3(a).
After I upgrade the CM,I cant make a call if the number is directly combined with FAC.
for example :
I insert 9081808999#1234 where 9 is code for outside call and 081808999 is phone number and 1234 is FAC. If I press dial from softphone I got a message telling that call cannot be made.
But if I insert the number first,
press dial then insert FAC as prompted,call can be made.
As i remember,there no issue about ths in CM 6.1.2.
Does anyone know about this problem?
Any help will greatly appreciated.
