3750 PVLAN Trunk Promiscuous

Anyone know if it is possible to make a 3750 (or 3560) trunk port promiscuous, like the 4500's can? I want to trunk between the 3750 & an ASR1002 router and make the ASR the L3 gateway for the private VLANs off the 3750 (3560). I've tried a few flavours of IOS, but none seem to have the ability to use "switchport mode trunk promiscuous" on the trunk port.

Hi,

this is not possible and it will not be implemented in the near future. I have posed this question for a C3560-E switch, but did also some research for a C3750.

Only switch that supports this is a C4500, C4900 and a ME4900.

Because I needed only 2 VLANs bridged to my access switch with PVLANs, I used 2 cables, both configured as promiscuous for a specific private VLAN.
