Issue resolved, Had to change hrcConfig.ini file after addition of Wall board in IPCC.

Award points to me.

Hi

Please could you tell me what changes you made. I've got the same issue!

The hrcConfig.ini file is located under C:Program Fles\Cisco CRS Historical Reports. Back up origional + rename on each users local drive and make edits to the AUTH value (Should = 1)

[CRA_DATABASE]

DRIVER=SQL Server

SERVER=10.1.103.68\CRSSQL

DATABASE=db_cra

AUTH=1

NETWORK=dbmssocn

PORT=4433

UID=db_cra

;AUTH specifies the authentication mode to use while connecting to the database.

;Use one of the following values:

;1 - Windows NT Authentication

;2 - Mixed Mode Authentication

AUTH=1

Thanks - this resolved my issue. I just rated your post.
