Is there a way to add exceptions to what the Cisco Security Agent Standalone will and will not allow?

I have this problem too.

I think you can configure policies for Cisco security agent standalone will and will not allow. Choose your policies for rapid deployment. Decide which security protections or acceptable use controls you need. For example, antivirus and personal firewall programs are security protections, and USB control and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance are acceptable use controls.
