Call Priority

Is there a way to reverse the call priority. So when the first call coming in is ringing it stays as the priority when a second call is coming in. Same thing with the hold feature. How can I keep the person on hold as the top selection when i call is coming in.

Hi Chris,

Try changing the System setting Auto-Call Select. With this Enabled the Display Focus (and Softkeys) always switch to the new incoming call. So if disabled the focus will stay on Call #1.

Also available on an individual phone via this setting;

Device>Phone>Phone Configuration>Product Specific Configuration>Auto Call Select>Disabled
