I was looking at the CER Switch Port details and noticed there is a device on one of my switches that is not showing in the CER switchport database. THe phone is functioning properly and I do not appear to be having any other problems except that when I search this MAC address in CER it returns 0 results. I've tried manually synching the database but with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem???

Hi Andrew,

I have a couple questions.  Is CDP enabled on the switchport the phone is connected to?  If CDP is enabled do a "show cdp nei <*switchport*> detail just to confirm you see the phone's MAC address.  Lastly, have you tried replacing the phone?  If this is an existing switch and phones are located then there's no sign of an SNMP issue.
