Solved: Personal Communicator TFTP Download fail

Hello,

If I go to server health to check the status of Presence, it fails on the TFTP download. I have a primary and secondary tftp servers, my primary server is the publisher and the secondary is the subscriber. could you help me out

CHeck the log file, it will tell you more why it's failing. If you do not configure a softphone for the CUPC, it will fail in the TFTP download, etc.

Did you configure one in CUCM for the client?

Please also note that the naming convention of the device. It's UPC plus the user ID, all in upper case. e.g. if the user ID is htluo, the device name has to be UPCHTLUO.
