7945, 7965 phones - wrong time on display

I have applied the workaround DST patch for March 2009 to correct the time on all the new 7945-7965-7975 IP phones. However, now any new phone I add is getting the wrong time by 3 hours ahead of EST(-5). I am currently running one publisher and two subscribers on CUCM 6.1(2).

My question is, can I apply CUCM 6.1(2)SU1a to resolve the DST time problem for all the new phones?

1. Which firmware those phones are using?

2. Whats the time of the cucm server?

2a Using NTP

3. Only new phones, and existing ones show correct time?
