I'm literally looking at my routers CPU being pegged at 99% and haven't received on alert from CiscoWorks. In the event set I have HighUtilization checked for Event A and my emails notification is set for Event A, yet I have no alerts.

What can I do to get this working correctly?

What version of DFM are you using? Do you see a HighUtilization Event in the DFM Alerts and Activities Display? What does Detailed Device View say about the current processor utilization?

The version of DFM I'm running is 3.1.0, yes for notification services I have High Utilization selected for notification under DFM>Notification Services>Event Sets....

Under detailed device view for the two routers that are having high cpu utilization they show 99%.

But what about AAD? Do you see the HighUtilization alert there?
