Email cannot in/out through ironport

Hi guys,

I have problem in ironport. email cannot in/out through ironport.
the service like antispam/antivirus is expired(not renewal for this year).
is it cause by those features?. Ironport device is like hang and slowly for web access.

I hope all of you can give me advice...ASAP.

Is the Incoming Mail Handling active with time remaining Perpertual?

If yes, then all mail should pass through the appliance without any spam or virus checks. Do a tail of the mail_logs on your CLI to see the error messages (if any).

The mail handling feature should be perpetual. What you will want to do is check that your incoming/outgoing mail policies are not still configured to use antispam or antivirus. If they are, then the checks will still attempt to be made, and mail will not make it through.
