Hi!

We use LMS2.6 and we got the following issue: when managed devices go

online after shutdown or failed state they are not immediately displayed in topology maps "green" (mean online) and still stay "red" (mean offline). How to force automatic device rediscovery to be performed more quickly.

- please suggest !

You can run a Data Collection. By default, the periodic polling in Campus Manager runs every two hours. A Data Collection will force Campus to update the device details.
