This happens a lot with IOS, it's a class of bugs called "memory leak".
You best bet is to upgrade IOS and hope it has beed fixed.

The low memory issue is almost certainly the result of a memory leak bug in the software that you are running. Is it possible to try a different version of software? Otherwise you just need frequent rebooting of your router.
