CUCMBE: Call Queue/B-ACD

I have a requirement regarding a CUCMBE solution.

Requirement is:

a call queue, where the caller hears music until someone picks the call.

If more the 3 callers calls this pilot, the caller should here a greating (ex:"were are busy, please call later") and than the call disconnects.

Can this scenario be built with Unity Connection?

Is B-ACD in combination with CUCM a possible option, or is a CME system needed for B-ACD?

In theory, you can configure B-ACD/AA for CUCM, but it will not be supported by Cisco.

It works fine for CME, although the disconnect message is not supported, the script it might be easily modified for.
