Can you helm me to resolve this trouble.

I remember the 2950s having a similar error with older versions of IOS but not with the code release you are using.

To me it seems you will need to look for a replacement switch.

Unfortunately, "POST Failure: Ethernet Controller Test: Failed" means that you have a hardware PCI chip failure.
