I want to use the quickVPN client with the RVS4000. The remote location does not have a router or Static IP. I have the latest VPN Client at the remote site and firmware for the rvs4000. How would I have the remote user connect to 1 shared company folder on the server in the office.

Software firewalls on the PC's to which you want to connect, may be blocking access. When you enable a service such as File and Print Sharing, Windows will automatically create an exception. The QuickVPN client uses port 443, or 60443. Make sure those ports are not blocked on the firewall, they likely are not by default (for outgoing). Also if you download the latest QuickVPN client, ver 1.1.00, you can specify which of those ports is used. Try the 60443 in case there is a conflict with another service. I would also always recommend downloading the latest router firmware as well.
