Hello
We have a problem when Mobile calls to a Toil free number are rejected from Mobiles. Calls to same number from landline work ok. Our Service provider say that we are blocking the calls, but the our config hasn't changed and this has only started in the last week. I have done a Debug and the only difference I see is that the calling party number is not available. Can you have a look a this brief debug to tell me if its our Telco who is at fault.

The debug is incomplete. Please send a completeone without spurious fields if possible.

Might be data trashing. Try reloading router.

We have already reloaded router, and we still get fast busy when we call from a Mobile.

Please provide a trace for a call from a fixed line for comparison.

There is no apparent reason why the router reject the call. Which IOS is thta ? Is it a modem call ? Do you have enough modems ?

The IOS is c3845-ipvoice-mz.123-14.T6.bin, and its not a modem call.

Try 12.4(3j) that is known as the most stable. I cannot see a reason why the router is refusing the call.
