Hi Rajeev

I think you can confirm it in "show module" on MSFC. or "show version" on FWSM.

Thanks for our reply

But it does not show the complete file and its size. If i have to verify is the downloded size is correct, how can i do it

I would like to suggest you login to FWSM by "session slot processor 1".

And may well be able to confirm in something like "show flash" on the FWSM.

Hello,

That may be due to physical errors.

You can ping the same address from the Switch directelly ?

Regards,

Omar

nop here also i was getting error..

I was able to ping switch, fw also but with packet drop. i also tried from switch and same response

Hello,

If you arrive to ping the FWSM that means that it's running the OS and getting the IP.

Can you please send the output of the command #show tech-support of the CAT 6500 ?

Regards,

Omar
