I think you need IOS Plus feature sets.
04-10-2009 06:59 AM
You have a NM-HDV= and per its documentation, you need IP Plus

how can I be sure whether it has something to do with IOS? or the hardware itself is faulty? Is there anyway to check that?
IOS plus feature? wat is that? Kindly explain.
Thanks,
Sylvester

HI Sylvester,
Have you tried moving the modules back and forth the 2621 and the 3640?
04-10-2009 05:55 AM
Thanks for your reply.
yes, I tried that. I took the module from 3640 (on 3640 LED didnt blink) & placed it on 2621 (the card that was on 2621, LED works).
Once the module is on 2621, the LED works.
The one which was on 2621 - which was moved to 3640 - LED didnt work..
So in short, which ever module that goes on 3640, LED doesnt work.
Kindly help.
Cheers,
Sylvester

Do you have a CCO account?
04-12-2009 08:30 AM
Hi :)
No, I dont have a CCO account & I don't work with cisco equipments as well.. I work on HiQs (Siemens Call agent) :)
Its because I am interested in Cisco networks I had set up a lab @ home with 5-6 routers and call manager + few phones, done my CCNP and CCVP..
I realized one thing very lately, I need a CCO login for each and everything .. my phones/ATAs need a SIP image, my routers/switches IOS version are outdated :(
Are there any other sites? or ways to get these softwares? Just curious..
Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
Regards,
Sylvester.

No, you need a SmartNet contract associated to your CCO account in order to be able to download IOS images from Cisco.
You won't find on this site any suggestion on how to illegally download software from other sites.

"Are there any other sites?" < --- It's like being invited to someone's lavish party and you're (thinking of) stealing the silverware.
Can you talk with the network team of your office? I would not be surprise if they will provide assistance to you. If you have that self-motivation to learn, they should invest in you some how.

Never mind, I will get it from Cisco itself.
Thanks for the help, Much appreciated.
Thanks & god bless,
Sylvester.
