To install 7.0 or 8.0 images you need: 64MB RAM (Restricted license) or 128MB RAM (Failover and Unrestricted licenses)
This is the document:
Guide for Cisco PIX 6.2 and 6.3 Users Upgrading to Cisco PIX Software Version 7.0
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa70/pix_upgrade/upgrade/guide/pixupgrd.html
Usually, on the first boot the PIX itself migrate deprecated commands, but you need to test everything, especialy VPNs to non Cisco devices.
If it was usefull to you, please rate. Thanks!

You miss the last line of the sh ver, just before the serial number show if it is a restricted or unrestricted.
You doesn't have the failover license, so if is a "restricted" version, you can buy 64MB from Cisco.
If you have an Unrestricted license, you need the PIX-515-MEM-128= memory module.
For testing only, you can install a DIMM PC 133. I use a KVR133X64X3/128. But is higer than the original, so i can't close the top!
This is my output
