VPN Client Connect

I have VPN Client 4.6 that I use to connect to my remote office. I am at a hotel location and although I have a high speed internet connection, the client will not connect. When I attempt to log on I get 'contacting the security gateway at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, the does the same but noted as backup. Then nothing! the conncetion window closes - no error code or any hint as to why. Any clues?

Most hotels do not allow/support IPSEC Passthru - you need to configure the VPN profile to use NAT-T over UDP or TCP.
