I have a bunch of AIR-ANT1949 13dBi Yagi antennas. I live in the upper Midwest and the wind and ice really take a beating to these things. Is there a product similar (3rd party maybe?) to this that would be a little more rugged? I'd like to stick with a directionalized antenna, but not sure I want to spend a lot of money on a pair of dishes.
Thanks

Hi Brian,
Have you heard of the term "cantenna" or Antenna-In-A-Can? :-)

Nope!

If this is just a one-off, try Google "cantenna".

Maybe the answer is to mount your antennas inside an radome, rather than looking for an actual ruggedized antenna. (That's what radomes were invented for, after all.)

Never thought of that......I'll look into it.
