AIP-SSM License error

Dear All,

I installed ASA 5510 with AIP-SSM module to one of our customer. The AIP-SSM configured with all the IP TRAFFIC redirected to IPS in inline mode.Now we are getting the error as below when accessing the web



you were denied access because:

Access Denied.Database or license has expired.

What is the issue dueto that this problem happended.


I have this problem too.

You may try rebooting your appliance after the installation. If you see the preceding license notice (which displays only in some versions of software), you can ignore the message until you need to upgrade the signature files on the AIP SSM. The AIP SSM continues to operate at the current signature level until a valid license key is installed. You can install the license key at a later time. The license key does not affect the current functionality of the AIP SSM.
